Create your account

Use this flow when you need to create a personal Boldo account with email and password.

If your organization uses SSO, you do not need to create an account manually. Use Log in to Boldo instead.

Create the account​

  1. Open the Boldo sign-up page at https://app.boldo.io/signup
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Accept the terms
  5. Click Sign up

After that, Boldo creates the account and asks you to verify your email address. If your account already exists, use Log in to Boldo instead.

Verify your email​

  1. Open the verification email sent by Boldo
  2. Click the confirmation link
  3. Return to Boldo and log in

If Boldo shows the target email address on the verification page, use it to confirm that you are checking the right mailbox.

If you do not receive the verification email​

Check:

  • your spam folder
  • your promotions or secondary inbox
  • that you signed up with the right email address

If you still do not see the email, use the resend action on the verification page. If you try to log in before verifying your email, the login page can also show the same action.

  1. Click Resend email
  2. Wait for the new message
  3. Open the latest verification email, not an older one

If verification still fails, confirm that the email address shown by Boldo is the right one and try again with a fresh verification email. If you are still blocked and cannot access Boldo, email [email protected].
