Reset your password

Use this page when you forgot your password or when Boldo asks you to set a password as part of an onboarding flow. If your organization uses SSO, this password flow may not apply.

Procedure

  1. Open the Boldo forgotten-password page at https://app.boldo.io/forgotten-password
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click Send
  4. Open the email sent by Boldo
  5. Enter the verification code from the email
  6. If Boldo asks for an MFA code, enter the current code from your authenticator app
  7. Enter your new password
  8. Click Reset password

If the code is valid, the password is updated.

If the code is expired or invalid

The reset-password flow can detect an invalid or expired verification code. If that happens, go back to the forgotten-password page, request a new email, and use only the latest code.
