Reset your password
Use this page when you forgot your password or when Boldo asks you to set a password as part of an onboarding flow. If your organization uses SSO, this password flow may not apply.
Procedure
- Open the Boldo forgotten-password page at https://app.boldo.io/forgotten-password
- Enter your email address
- Click Send
- Open the email sent by Boldo
- Enter the verification code from the email
- If Boldo asks for an MFA code, enter the current code from your authenticator app
- Enter your new password
- Click Reset password
If the code is valid, the password is updated.
If the code is expired or invalid
The reset-password flow can detect an invalid or expired verification code. If that happens, go back to the forgotten-password page, request a new email, and use only the latest code.
