Join or select an organization
In Boldo, one account can belong to several organizations. Use this page when you need to join an organization after an invitation or choose the right one after sign-in.
Join an organization
There are two common cases:
- If you do not have a Boldo account yet, open the invitation email, then sign in or create your account if needed.
- If you already have a Boldo account, an administrator can add you directly to the organization. In that case, you do not need to accept an invitation by email.
Once the organization is available on your account, it appears in your organizations list.
Switch organization
If you belong to several organizations, Boldo can ask you to choose one.
You can switch organizations in several ways:
- after sign-in, when Boldo shows the organization selector
- by clicking the logo in the top-left navigation bar, then selecting the organization you want to open
- from Account > My Organizations, by clicking Access on the organization you want to open
Read Organizations.
An organization can be unavailable from the current session if it requires a different sign-in method. For example, an SSO-required organization must be opened from the matching SSO session, even if the same account can use email and password elsewhere.
If Boldo indicates that the organization is not accessible with the current session, sign out and sign in with the required method, or ask an administrator to verify your enabled sign-in methods.
If you can sign in but have no organization
If sign-in works but no organization is available, check these points first:
- Confirm that you used the right sign-in method
- Ask your administrator to verify that you were added to the expected organization
- Ask whether one of your sign-in methods was disabled for that organization
- Check whether you should join an existing organization instead of creating a new one
