Log in to Boldo

Use this page to sign in to Boldo. Choose the standard flow with email and password, or the SSO flow, depending on how your organization is configured. If you are not sure which flow applies to you, ask your IT administrator which one your organization uses.

Log in with email and password

  1. Open the Boldo login page at https://app.boldo.io/login
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click Log in
  5. If Boldo asks for an MFA code, open your authenticator app, enter the current code, and validate

If the credentials are valid, Boldo signs you in and either opens your current organization or asks you to choose one.

Log in with SSO

There are two ways to sign in with SSO, depending on how your organization has set it up.

From your identity provider

If your organization has configured Boldo as an application in its identity provider (Okta, Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace...), click the Boldo tile directly from your company portal. Boldo authenticates you automatically without requiring a domain.

From the Boldo SSO page

  1. Open the Boldo SSO login page at https://app.boldo.io/sso
  2. Enter your work domain, for example company.com
  3. Click Log in
  4. Boldo redirects you to your identity provider
  5. Authenticate with your identity provider — Boldo redirects you back automatically

The domain tells Boldo which SSO configuration to use for your organization. If the domain is wrong, Boldo cannot redirect you to the correct identity provider.

In both cases, if the SSO flow is correctly configured, Boldo signs you in and gives you access to the organizations linked to your account.

If sign-in does not work

If the standard login does not work:

  • check that the email and password match the expected login method
  • check that the MFA code is current
  • check that the account is already verified

If you forgot your password, use the Forgot password link from the login screen. Read Forgot password.

If the SSO flow does not work:

  • check that the domain is the one configured by your organization
  • check that your identity provider authentication succeeds
  • ask your organization's IAM or SSO administrators to verify that you have been added correctly
