Switch organization, and your plan

You work for several entities, or you are trying Boldo next to your main organization. One account can belong to several organizations, with different rights in each. This guide shows how to move from one to another, and where to see what your plan includes.

This guide takes three minutes.

Before you start

  • To switch organization, being a member is enough.
  • Billing is reserved for the owner of the organization, using a session signed in with email and password.

1. Switch organization

Save your ongoing work first. Then:

  1. Click your avatar, at the top right.
  2. On Account, locate My Organizations.
  3. In My Organizations, click the organization you want. The one you are in carries the Current mark.

Check that the home page that opens belongs to the expected organization. If it asks for another sign-in method, for example your company's single sign-on, Boldo offers it.

If you belong to several organizations, the logo at the top left also opens a list to switch faster.

2. Create an organization

On the same page, Create organization starts a separate workspace, with its own data and its own members. It is not the way to join a team: for that, ask its administrator for an invitation.

Depending on your account, Boldo asks only for a name, or has you choose a plan before creating the organization.

3. See what your plan includes

Open Organization settings, the building icon at the top right, then Information. You see the plan of the organization, the usage counters (assets, views, diagrams, members) and the list of Features turned on.

A feature included in the plan may still need a setting: the organization must turn it on, and each member must have access to it. This is the case, for example, of the AI assistant or scenarios.

4. Manage the subscription

If you are the owner of the organization and signed in with email and password, open Organization settings, then Billing. You see the subscription, the seats, the period and the invoices. The Manage menu lets you change the subscription or the payment method.

Always read the price, the number of seats and the effective date again before confirming a change.

After a move to Enterprise, the former Owner becomes an Administrator. If you have no other Stripe subscription, account billing and the portal close while that organization exists. Contact Boldo for invoices.

Key points

  • Open your avatar, then My Organizations on the Account page to switch organizations.
  • Information shows the plan and the features turned on.
  • Billing is reserved for the owner.
