Some Boldo accounts have access to a personal billing area.

This page is useful mainly as a gateway to the Stripe customer billing portal and invoice history.

When this page appears

The account billing page is not shown for every user.

In the current app, it depends on conditions such as:

  • your account having a customer billing profile
  • your account using self-service billing

What you can manage

Depending on your account setup, you may be able to:

  • view your current subscriptions
  • open the customer billing portal
  • manage your subscription from Stripe
  • view your invoices

What to do on this page

In practice, the flow is simple:

  1. Open the billing page
  2. Review your subscriptions and invoices
  3. Use the portal button if you need to manage billing details in Stripe

The billing portal is the right place for payment details and subscription management.

Account billing vs organization billing

This page is different from Organization Billing.

Use Account Billing when you want the subscriptions and invoices attached to your account. Use Organization Billing when you want the subscription and invoices for one current organization.

If the page is unavailable

This page may be unavailable if:

  • billing is managed at the organization level only
  • your account does not have an active customer billing profile
