Sign in and activate your account
Your Boldo account identifies you. Your membership and sign-in method determine which organizations you can open. Use the email address associated with your invitation or your organization's sign-in instructions.
- Open your Boldo application's sign-in page.
- Enter your Email and Password.
- Select Log in.
- If two-factor authentication is requested, enter the six-digit code from your authenticator application, then select Validate.
- Open the organization you need if Boldo displays a selection screen.
Boldo may reopen an accessible organization or return you to the page you originally requested. Check the organization before editing data. If you need another organization, follow Join, create or switch organizations.
When your email has not been verified, use Resend verification email if offered. Open the message received at that address and follow its verification instructions before signing in again.
If you own an organization outside Enterprise, Boldo can ask you to accept the current Terms of service before continuing. Read the linked document, check the acceptance box and select Continue if you agree. Log out leaves the account without accepting. This request can appear after the terms change; ordinary invited members are not asked to accept on the organization’s behalf.
Sign in with SSO
Use your company's single sign-on when your organization requires it. Its domain is the value provided by your administrator, such as example.com.
- On the sign-in page, select SSO Login.
- Enter the Work domain provided by your administrator.
- Select Log in and complete your company's sign-in process.
- If Boldo requests email verification or confirmation to link your account, complete the displayed steps.
- Check that the expected organization opens.
Use Email login to return to the password form. Changing sign-in methods does not grant access to an organization automatically.
Activate an invitation
An invitation can add an organization to an existing account or give a new user their first access. If you already have a Boldo password, sign in with the invited email address and check your organizations. You do not need to create another account.
If the invitation opens Set your password, complete these steps:
- Open the invitation from your email. Check the address displayed on the form.
- Enter your First name, Last name and Password.
- Select Set password.
- If Boldo returns to sign-in, use the new password and complete any requested two-factor verification.
- Check that you can open the expected organization.
Use 12 to 50 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a digit and a special character, without spaces. A success message alone does not confirm access to an organization.
If the link is invalid, expired or already used, contact the administrator who invited you. Do not reuse someone else's invitation.
The invitation form includes a privacy notice. Invited members are not asked to accept the organization’s terms of service during this activation.
If an error appears after Set password, try signing in with the new password before restarting activation. Then check your first and last names in your profile: they may need a separate correction.
Create an account
If you are joining an existing team, use its invitation or SSO instructions first. Creating an account independently does not add you to that team.
- From sign-in, select Sign up.
- Enter your First name, Last name, Email and Password.
- Read the terms of service and accept them if you agree. The separate privacy policy notice explains how your data is processed.
- Complete the anti-robot verification requested by the form, then select Sign up. The button stays disabled until verification succeeds.
- Check your email, including spam, and follow the verification message.
- Return to sign-in. If the message is missing, use the resend option on the verification screen.
If the anti-robot verification expires, complete it again before submitting. A temporary verification failure does not mean that your account or password is invalid.
The password requirements are the same as for invitation activation. If the email already belongs to an account, use sign-in or password recovery.
Recover your password
For a password managed by your company's SSO provider, use that provider's recovery procedure. The following steps reset your Boldo email-and-password access.
- From sign-in, select Forgotten password?.
- Enter your Email, then select Send.
- On the next screen, enter the six-digit Verification code received by email.
- Select Next.
- Enter a new Password meeting the requirements above, then select Reset password.
- If the sign-in page opens, sign in with the new password. Complete two-factor verification if requested.
Check the email address and spam folder if the message does not arrive. If the code is rejected or expires, restart the recovery procedure and use the newly received code. After an error when submitting the new password, first check whether you can sign in with it before restarting recovery. Never send your password or verification code to support.
Resolve an access problem
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| Incorrect email or password | Check the address and sign-in method; use password recovery if needed. |
| Too many attempts or temporary lock | Wait for the indicated period before trying again. |
| Expired session | Sign in again using the required method. |
| Boldo account disabled | Follow the contact instructions in the displayed message. |
| Signed in, but organization unavailable | Check organization access; another account is not a substitute for authorization. |
