Edit several users at once
Managing access for a group of users no longer means opening each one individually. Administrators can select multiple users on the Users page and update them together.
Update several users in one action
Select the users you want to change, then click Update in the selection bar. Choose a single field to apply to the whole selection: user type, roles, AI access, or share links.
When changing the user type, the owner account and your own account are kept out of the change automatically. Plan seat limits still apply, and Boldo reports how many users were updated versus skipped if a limit is reached. Selecting roles replaces the roles previously assigned on each selected user rather than adding to them.
Read Users for the full workflow.
Why this matters
Onboarding a team or adjusting access after a reorganization often means changing the same setting for many people at once. Bulk editing removes the repetitive part while keeping the same safeguards as editing a single user.
