Keep your repository up to date

A filled-in application can still contain information nobody has checked for months. Boldo combines asset ownership, attestation, and quality tracking to show who maintains each asset and what needs attention.

Assign responsibility and record reviews

Assign one or several owners to an asset, individually or across an inventory selection. Ownership identifies the people responsible for maintaining information; it does not grant additional access or editing rights.

After reviewing an asset of any type, an owner can attest that its information is up to date. This records an explicit review. Editing a field does not renew that attestation, and attesting does not fill missing properties. Owners can attest assets they can read, even with the Viewer user type.

If information becomes doubtful, an owner or administrator can use Request re-attestation on any asset type. Add a reason to guide the review. Other owners are notified, and the next attestation clears the request. The action is not offered on a never-attested asset, which already needs its first attestation.

Explain the reason for re-attestation before confirming the request.

Find the gaps and coordinate action

The quality dashboard brings together ownership coverage, completeness, and freshness. Administrators can inspect results by asset type or owner and open the assets needing attention.

For an application portfolio review, identify unowned applications first, then incomplete assets and those to attest. Freshness is measured on every asset type, and every never-attested asset needs attesting. A type’s revalidation delay adds an automatic expiry, so review timing can reflect the information being maintained. Without one, an attestation holds until someone requests a new one.

Assign owners directly from the list of unowned assets. The dashboard also identifies owners who cannot read their assets, so you can correct their access or responsibility.

Administrators can send reminders and configure a weekly ownership summary. When a member leaves, their responsibilities can be transferred to another member.

Find your next task on Home

The new Home page brings together tasks, activity history, and favorites. With or without quality tracking, suggestions concern assets you own and creation suggestions naming you as an owner. Quality tracking adds incomplete assets and, in real data, assets to attest.

Personal quality indicators help you identify the assets to attest. Open a guided review to work through the assets needing attention, one at a time.

Notification preferences let you choose available in-app and email channels for each organization. The weekly ownership summary and daily suggestions digest have separate controls.

Ownership is available independently. Attestation and quality tracking require an eligible plan and organization activation. Start with ownership and attestation; administrators can follow repository quality setup to enable tracking and configure reviews.
