Introducing Boldo AI

Boldo AI is now available across the application. Teams can ask questions about their knowledge base, prepare changes, work with project documents, and connect external assistants through MCP.

Share content with read-only links

You can now publish a share link: a URL that gives anyone read-only access to one asset or one saved visualization, with no Boldo account required. The link always renders the current resource and current data. It is not a frozen export, and the URL itself is the access credential.

Archive and restore assets

Assets now have a full archive lifecycle. Archiving removes an asset from the active knowledge base without deleting it permanently: the asset keeps its identifier, properties, history, access domains, and references until you restore it or delete it for good.

Property groups and a graph view for relations

Two improvements land together. Asset types can now organize their properties into property groups that show up in forms, the asset 360, the preview panel, and the floating detail card on diagrams, and the Relations tab of the asset form gains a new graph view alongside the existing list.

Dashboards

Boldo now includes Dashboards, a new visualization type that composes several visualizations on a single grid. Each block in the grid is a resizable widget, and a dashboard can mix charts, views, diagrams, nested maps, single assets, and rich-text blocks.

API v1 and API Keys

Boldo now provides a new API v1 surface under /api/v1/, together with a redesigned API documentation experience and a dedicated API Keys management experience in Organization > Developer.

Process Flow Editor

Boldo now includes a dedicated Process Flow module for modeling workflows, lifecycles, and pipelines directly inside flow-enabled assets.
