Rights model updates​

• Rights now center on general access, property access, and dedicated flow access

• Access levels are easier to read thanks to updated legends and color-coded states

Metamodel improvements​

• Asset types can now be grouped into named metamodel categories
• Categories can be reordered directly in metamodel management
• Metamodel asset types now come with a wide range of icons to choose from
• A new unique-key property type is available

Asset and table workflow improvements​

• Asset tables now support server-side pagination
• Page sizes include 25, 50, 100, and All, with load-more behavior in All mode
• Inline cell editing in tables has been improved
• Export has been improved with XLSX support and a new modal to choose which data to export

Diagram creation and locking​

• View-to-diagram creation now uses a guided flow with relation selection and preview counts before confirmation
• Diagrams can now be locked and unlocked from the canvas settings panel
• When a diagram is locked, editing is blocked until it is explicitly unlocked

Canvas and toolbar updates​

• Toolbar actions such as download, labels, and favorite were reorganized into the canvas settings panel
• Rectangle nodes now support text alignment options

Editing and organization​

• Selected diagram elements can now be copied and pasted from one diagram to another
• View sort and group controls were refined
• Draft asset creation in inventory now opens a dialog
• Group actions were clarified with separate Ungroup and Dissolve group behaviors

Removed and simplified​

• Pivot table support was removed from views
• Table and card views remain the main view types in this workflow

Why this matters​

New chart capabilities​

Configuration changes​

Several chart concepts were clarified or redesigned:

Filters and related visualizations​

Filtering was reworked across multiple visualization types:

• Flat filters were replaced by nested AND/OR filter groups
• The same filter-group editor pattern is now used in richer visualization workflows

• Gauge charts can display the measured portion defined by a dedicated filter

API key management​

API key management is now much more complete:

• Multiple API keys per organization instead of a single shared key model
• Key creation, update, and deletion from the UI
• Per-key metadata such as name and description
• Permission types and assigned roles
• Secret shown once at creation time

Compatibility changes​

• API v1 is now the primary versioned REST surface
• Bearer auth handling and rate-limiting behavior are enforced on v1 routes
• The API docs now render the v1 surface from OpenAPI outputs
• Composite key addressing is supported in the v1 API

• Bulk create and bulk update for assets, and bulk create for relationships (up to 10,000 items per request)
• Search endpoints with nested filter support for assets and relationships

Configuration and access​

Process Flow is controlled at multiple levels:

• It is available depending on your plan
• Asset types can now enable Flow in the metamodel

• Flow-enabled assets expose a Flow editor tab

Editing and navigation improvements​

The editor also ships with practical workflow tools:

• Custom step icons
• Step reordering by drag and drop
• Branch labels, edge labels, and edge ordering
• Search inside the flow canvas
• Linked-assets panel and warnings for missing assets
• Canvas controls for zoom, fit, fullscreen, grid, animation, lock, and PNG export

Why this matters​

This release makes it possible to model and share processes directly in Boldo. Assets represented in the editor remain linked to the asset, which means they can then be used like other asset types in Boldo for impact analysis, charts, and other visualizations.
