Access and first steps

This section explains how users enter Boldo before they start working in the knowledge base.

Use it when you need to:

  • sign in with email and password
  • sign in with SSO
  • create your account
  • reset or set your password
  • choose a plan and create an organization
  • join or select the right organization

If you are new to Boldo:

  1. Read Create your account
  2. Read Log in to Boldo
  3. Read Choose a plan if you are creating a new workspace
  4. Read Create an organization

If your company uses SSO:

  1. Read Log in to Boldo
  2. Read Join or select an organization if you can sign in but cannot access a workspace
